Gloucestershire Novice Floor and Vault Championship

Cheltenham Gym Centre girls scooped up the medals at the Gloucestershire Novice Floor and Vault Championship at the Forest of Dean Gymnastics Centre this month.

Novice 1 Age 8 Years

Tamzin Penny from Highnam Primary school took a gold medal in joint 1st position with Georgina MacDonald from Richard Pates Junior school in 7th place.

Novice 1 Age 9 Years

Naomi Craddock Christ church Primary school took the gold, Suzie Curtis St James school the silver with Amy Smart, and Amy Leat, Leckhampton school in joint 4th position and Katy Townsend Warden hill school, Megan Austin-Sparks Elmbridge Juniors school and Jade Healy Pates in 5th, 6th and 10th positions respectively.

Novice 1 Age 10+ Years

Ellen Conway Holy Apostles school took the silver medal position with Laura Ambridge, Samantha Wilson, and Elizabeth Gurney from St Marks Primary school in 5th, 10th and 14th positions.

Novice 3 Age 10 Years and under

Georgia Cohen Leckhampton school took the bronze position, Laura Searls St Mary's School, Churchdown 4th position, Elizabeth Jewell St Mary's, and Emma Powling, Leckhampton school joint 5th position, with Chloe Ralph Cheltenham College Junior school in 7th position.

Novice 3 Age 11 Years

Kathryn O'Leary St Mary's was 5th, Bonnie Mackenzie St James school 6th and Kimberley Stevens Naunton Park School in 7th place.

Novice 3 Age 12+ Years

Gabrielle Cain-Jones Bourneside School took the 5th position, Megan Gittins Brockworth school and Ruth Curtis Ribston Hall High school joint 9th position with Rachel Jones Brockworth school in 12th place.
